We all have our differences; but we have much more in common. Differences are important, as differences define our individuality and make us who we are. But it is our commonalities that unite us. Shared opinions are more valuable than conflicting views; for shared interests and common goals create the fabric of society. And communities make collaborative work possible.

Why is this important?

  • Provides a universal platform for all people to interact
  • Minimizes conflict
  • Makes collaborative work possible

How do I do it?

  1. Discover common ground by being inclusive and open-minded
  2. Respect viewpoints of others and give them a chance to find their common ground
  3. Facilitate the resolution of conflicting opinions by articulating the issue in a better way
