Bombaybiz for last 8 years have been doing a domain renewal reminder fraud.
They send physical letters to domain owners after illegally mining the domain owner information and sending it to domain owners who have no business association with them.
If it was a social service to remind owner and offering their service it would have still been violation of ICANN policies but they actually send a decieving invoice with a non refundable clause.
They are fraudsters and have lost all their major customers because of their own poor service. Some time back they transfered all their customers to a Bangladesh based company.
