- About 10 years ago Lee and I decided to treat our daughter, Tracy, and our toddler granddaughter, Brandy, to a weekend on Port Stanley. We couldn't find a place to stay, and, sadly, we returned to our home in London. We drove down a couple of weeks later, looking for a cottage- and we bought our little place on Sydenham St. We would wait impatiently for the weekends- and by Friday supper time Lee and I, our old dog "Sunny" and our old cat "Gizmo" would be pulling into the cottage driveway.
