The 153 Big Fish Project receives its inspiration from the Gospel of John (21:11), where Peter casts into the deep at the direction of Jesus and catches 153 big fish. This can be seen as an allegory of the great missionary efforts of the Church. This important work is greatly complemented by the major source of energy and strength for the Catholic Church: the Real Presence of Jesus Christ in the Eucharist.
