It all started when a friend gave Paul and Pene a takeaway container of compost worms. The worms were put in an old bathroom sink with some bedding and fruit and veggie scraps. After a few months Paul and Pene noticed that there were now quite a few more worms in the sink and the food scraps were disapperaing more quickly! They decided to move the worms into a more spacious home (an old bath tub) and within a few weeks the worms were multiplying at a phenominal rate! They were hooked! Within the year, the worms had outgrown their suburban Brisbane block and Paul, Pene and family moved to acreage in Glenview on the sunshine coast.
