Its officers have extensive international experience not only in the formation and management of offshore and on-shore companies; they are also well versed in keeping their client's activities absolutely legal, and in protecting their clients from the pitfalls to which the offshore company is heir.
Many company incorporation firms appear to have little or no respect for their clients. They advertise company incorporation services at unrealistically low rates, and, once they have 'hooked' their clients, pressure them into purchasing expensive and frequently unnecessary services, which can cost many thousands of dollars/euros.
Indeed, more than half our clients have had previously unpleasant, sometimes nightmarish, experiences at the hands of other incorporators - particularly the larger firms who see their clients only as numbers to be exploited.
