Title
Seattle Pilates Studio & Certified Instructors at Pilates Northwest
Description
Louise received her Pilates certification from the Pacific Northwest School of Pilates and opened Pilates Northwest in 2001. She also works as a Certified Advanced Rolfer and has been Rolfing since 1992. Her interest in structural integration and postural alignment has helped make Pilates Northwest more than just an exercise studio. “We all look beyond just the exercises and focus on specific client needs. We allow Pilates sessions to differ from client to client to insure that each session is personalized and optimal for the individual.”
She is also certified in Yamuna Body Rolling, DFA, and Group Fitness. As a business owner, Louise’s goal is to make the experience at Pilates Northwest an exceptional one. “Our clients are happy, and that is paramount.”
Helen Landalf’s quest to improve her alignment, balance, and range of motion as a dancer led her to Pilates sixteen years ago. After ten years as a client, she decided to share her passion for Pilates with others by becoming an instructor. She was certified in 2000 by the Pacific Northwest School of Pilates and received additional training through Art of Movement in Colorado.
