Shows, venues, sport, leisure, displays and exhibitions, arts, crafts, walks and talks, bands, orchestras, recreation, broadcasting, design, musicals, opera, public art, transport, scarecrows and people, nature, cemeteries, ferries, parks, theatre, faith, galleries, history and heritage. The 2004 Festival Programme is the start of a project to raise the profile of events and activities in Wirral and develop a 'platform' for support and promotion of everyone who is 'doing it' - whatever 'it' might be! If your event/activity/organisation doesn't feature in this year's programme (and not everyone can!) don't hide it under a bushel!
