For more than 30 years, Hydrex of the North Bay has provided pest control services in Napa, Sonoma, Marin and Solano counties. Hydrex Pest Control of the North Bay is a classic American business story. The business was founded in 1973 by Gary Dorris at his kitchen table with a truck, a dream and a commitment to excellent customer service. Prior to starting Hydrex, Gary worked for a major pest control company in the Sacramento.
In 1974, we moved our headquarters to Petaluma. In 1988, we purchased the building we operate out of today. We continue to honor Gary’s commitment to serve the North Bay by providing the best pest control service in the area. Gary has since retired and his son has taken the wheel. We are proud to have more than four generations of family members working at Hydrex. As we like to say, we are big enough to handle any job but small enough to care.

While Gary Dorris has since retired, his son Lloyd has taken the reigns and 4 generations of the Dorris family help run the business.
