FCCLA has been invited to speak in Washington DC about our BlackOut drunk driving day program at a National FCCLA meeting. Annual BlackOut Drunk Driving Day will be held on the third Thursday of February to continue the effort to reduce drunk driving in our community. Our very own BlackOut Day received statewide attention last year and this year is receiving National Attention. It is the goal of Ms.
