How we began In 1979, a small team of professors and students built the Computer Lab of the Economic Sciences Department of the Buenos Aires University in Buenos Aires, Argentina. The enthusiast members of this team installed a minicomputer Digital PDP-11 in one classroom and began the development of applications for the students of the careers of economy, administration and accounting of the Buenos Aires University.
