Yvette would be very happy to meet with a prospective client without charge to discuss how she can be of benefit to the business as she is well aware that there are a number of issues that clients are unsure about such as confidentiality. This meeting also ensures that Xtratech sec understands the business you are running and your requirements. A standard mileage and an hourly rate will be charged for further meetings at your offices to discuss projects that you feel need more attention or if you are not happy with corresponding by email, fax or phone. This is understandable for some assignments but you should feel more at ease dealing with Yvette remotely over time.
