Suzanne’s career in the settlement industry began with V.C. Capital Partners, then the largest institutional fund in the settlement industry. V.C. Capital secured a $150 million dollar revolving credit facility with Cargill Financial Service Corporation (CFSC) in 1995. In partnership with CFSC Suzanne’s responsibilities included establishing underwriting guidelines and the coordination between underwriting and regulatory compliance nationwide. Suzanne also built a nationwide sales force providing her first hand knowledge of the requirements and issues critical to the brokerage industry.
