The GPS Waypoint Base - GPS Waypoints, Routes and more
Description
The complete site was build by Detlef Beyer and was started in December 1998. A complete rebuild was done in 2003. There is no commercial background behind the Waypoint Base - it's a free project for everybody and it will stay free as long as I can afford it (at the moment I don't see any reason why it shouldn't stay free forever)
I needed a database for my own waypoints (but if I wouldn't have done the Waypoint Base I would have more data of my own ;)
The Waypoint Base is nice to show to my customers what could be done with a database (OK - this is a little commercial background)
