Sends unsolicited fax advertisements
My company received an unsolicited fax on two separate occasions from a company calling itself "Cyber Communications Services Ltd.," which claimed in the fine print that it was being paid $200,000 to advertise Viva World Trade Inc.'s stock offering. Commissioning a company to send out a fax like this is not only unprofessional, but also illegal under the Junk Fax Prevention Act of 2005.
