- About Me
- My name is Michael Whitford. I’m a Systems Engineer in Chandler, Az. I work on all different types of servers, usually related to the internet, but not always. I’m an avid Linux user, and spend some time helping people new to Linux figure things out. I decided to write about things I work with as a way to help other people who might run up against the same problems I am facing. I have 15 years of experience working with linux and unix, as well as Windows. I own a Macbook that I work on almost exclusively, and I never stop telling people about how wonderful it is to have a computer that “just works.” I’m not a mac zealot, I think people should use the best tool for the job, and for me it happens to usually be a Mac, or Linux. I still use my Windows machine… to play video games.
