- Thomas Martin opened the TMI Club in 1990 in Luxembourg. It began rather like a "Club of friends" who invested together. The Club was strictly private, without any public advertising: Members introduced other Members. Thomas Martin managed himself all funds, in strict confidentiality: Members did not know where their funds are invested. The minimal investment to join the Club was 10.000 Francs, then 2.500 Euro. The profit was paid every month at a 10.25% rate.
