Most of the recipes on this site are from a recipe disk which included full reprint rights. Some of those recipes were originally on rec.food.recipes.
The "My Favorite Recipes" section is NOT from the above disk. "Nuna Chicken" is a family recipe originally learned from Virginia Moore, the Webmaster's grandmother. Deep-Fried Chicken is adapted from Drake's Frying Mix suggestions. Swedish Pancakes are adapted from the 1968 Better Homes and Gardens Cookbook, although they never thought of using Peanut Butter for a topping and even way back then, wouldn't have dared to say to use Bacon Grease! In other words, the instructions and description are by the Webmaster.
