Description
I have been cooking domestically for the better part of sixteen years (not coincidentally, I have been married for fifteen and strongly recommend that all guys learn to make a signature dish early on - I used Duck a l'orange).
During that time I have held a variety of jobs, but always the only place that inspired me was the kitchen. There I could create, test, and share wonderful meals with family and friends.
For 2 1/2 years I was in the Seattle area continuing to work on my "self-taught cooking degree" at home, practicing the skills commonly taught in formal environments then using these skills to host a variety of dinner parties and events. I have spent significant time on the art of creating entrees that freeze well and heat beautifully.
