Timothy Hathaway is the founder of The Hathaway Group, Inc. and currently serves as both CEO and Director of Data Management services.
He began working in local and state house races in 1992 and quickly landed his first paying political job - managing databases for one of the many grassroots groups fighting Clinton-Care.
After honing his data management skills in the direct mail field he began the climb that would put him in charge of all ID/GOTV database support for Pat Buchanan's remarkable 1996 presidential campaign. His work there earned a feature article in the August 1996 Campaign & Elections that is still reprinted in their collection of "the best how to articles".
