My name is Kevin Monahan, and I have been a Piper for 23 years, in which time I have been a competing member of several competition pipe bands as well as forming & teaching my own band for 14 years. I was born in Liverpool of Irish extraction & as far as I am aware, Pipers have been in my family since my great, great grandfather through to my father, uncles, brother & now my son.
