About Cumberland Mountain Fieldstone
Cumberland Mountain Fieldstone is a division of Cumberland Mountain Hunting Lodge. We are a family owned and operated business located on the Cumberland Plateau of middle Tennessee, an area that is known nationally for it's high quality natural fieldstone, flagstone, and creek rock.
Fieldstone, flagstone, and creek rocks lie in abundance on the hunting lodge or leased property. On our property are the remnants of a coal mine that was operated from the early 1880's until the late 1940's. Hundreds of tons of fieldstone and slate, by-products of the former coal mining operation, are scattered on the lodge property. And Since the lodge has been in operation the Russian wild boar have been unearthing tons of this natural stone resource as they search for food.
