Description

My interest in cooking goes back many years...probably the first time I "consciously" tasted the food that was in my mouth (about four years old!). I enjoyed watching cooking shows on TV such as Julia, and The Galloping Gourmet but, like most people, my eating skills progressed at a much faster pace than my cooking abilities! In fact, it wasn't until about ten years ago that my chef talents began to develop.

long hours, I found I had to fend for myself when dinnertime came around! My interest in, and enjoyment of cooking began to take flight, and soon it was "My Kitchen" (at least according to my wife)!

I found myself preparing meals for family and friends, to rave reviews. My profession to this point had centered around computers, but now my wife would tell people that "Ted can cook too!"
