- While pursuing a degree in Fine Arts in Western Pennsylvania, John Stallings trained with the sculptor Frank Gilliam who subsequently relocated to Europe to sculpt at the fabled marble quarries in Lucca, Italy. John has used most metals, including steel, aluminum, copper and bronze. He has also worked in stone, marble, clay, plaster, cement, wood and wax. He lives in Johnstown, PA with his wife Cindy.
