- Randy Baker and his team of industry professionals have a rich history as respected members of racing’s close-knit and fiercely loyal family. Randy’s first venture in the stock car racing school concept was with his father, racing legend Buck Baker. As Randy's brother Buddy Baker was dominating the top circuit, Randy was helping Buck develop the curricula for the Buck Baker Racing School in 1980. In 1996, Randy’s passion for racing entered a new, exciting chapter when he formed his own stock car racing school with the creation of SpeedTech Auto Racing Schools, Inc.
