South Riding Proprietary is a non-stock, not for profit corporation that was incorporated in January 1995 in the Commonwealth of Virginia. The Proprietary was formed by the initial Declarant (also known as Developer) of South Riding to provide specific services to the owners in the community. All persons who purchase residential property in South Riding automatically become members of the Association and such membership is not severable unless and until the person sells their property.
