Sarver and Associates, Inc. is a privately owned small business located in Southern Illinois. Since our incorporation in 1995, we have focused on providing our customers with the most up-to-date software and consulting services available.
Edwin J. Sarver, President of Sarver and Associates, Inc., has a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering and has completed several graduate level classes the School of Optics/CREOL at the University of Central Florida.
Since 1991, Ed has focused in the areas of developing ophthalmic instruments, implantable lens power calculations, and software development for the measurement and analysis of the human visual system, further adding to his extensive experience in image processing, graphics rendering, software development and systems engineering.
