Excerpted from the website:
- All tea comes from the tea bush, Camellia Sinensis. Once the tea leaves are gathered, they are withered to remove much of the natural moisture, rolled and cut by machines, beginning the natural process of fermentation, which darkens the leaves. The tea is then fired in very hot ovens, turning the leaves black. Black tea accounts for approximately 80% of the world's production. We feature a broad selection of Taylors of Harrogate Teas, winners of the Best Cup of Tea in England.
