The Health Plans division offers numerous options for healthcare coverage in northern Nevada. The division includes Saint Mary's HealthFirst which is a health maintenance organization (HMO), Saint Mary's Preferred Health Insurance Company - which encompasses two preferred provider organizations (PPOs) namely Health Choice and Preferred Health Care Network (PHCN) - and CDS Group Health which is a third party administrator (TPA).
