Background
In 1979 Reg Pegg headed the design team of Anmac Ltd, a world leader in the field of GRP with an annual turnover in excess of £6M. In 1984 he was elected Chairman of the National GRP Construction and Engineering Federation whose headquarters are in Cavendish Street, London. By 1985 he had been appointed Managing Director of Anmac Ltd. Following a takeover of Anmac in 1991, Reg left to team up with Reuben Pleydell-Bouverie, already a prominent figure in the field of structural composites, to form Reg Pegg Associates (RPA).
RPA is fortunate in having access to some of the UK's most highly skilled individuals in the field of composites. These include designers, engineers, patternmakers and moulders. It is this resource base which provides the best team, where needed, to carry out projects from design through to installation. RPA has been involved in numerous projects over the last 9 years. The best-known probably being: Eurodisney, Legoland, British Pavilion (Expo '92), Bluewater and the Trafford Centre.
Working drawings for pattern/mould making and site installations are developed from clients' concepts or a complete package can be produced from their initial ideas. Alternatively, where clients prefer, we will manage the entire project from concept through to production and installation.
