Dr. Odedina serves on several national and state initiatives for cancer. She was appointed to the 2005 Florida Prostate Cancer Advisory Committee established by the 2004 Florida Legislature to advise and assist the Department of Health and the Florida Public Health Foundation Inc. She is currently a Full Professor and Division Director at Florida A&M University (FAMU) and also the Director of the Center for Minority Prostate Cancer Training and Research at FAMU.
