- Ed Goldstone, one of the founding members of RTM, grew up in the agency business and worked for his father at the Goldstone-Tobia’s Agency for three years. Following this experience ED worked at ICM Talent and Literary agency for 17 years working with "A" list type talent. In 1992 he opened his own personal management company called Goldstone Entertainment and has been managing ever since.
