Established in 1986, and based in Raleigh, North Carolina, Robert G. Snyder Contractors, Inc. entered the commercial construction market as a competitive bidder in projects such as schools, postal facilities, municipal projects, restaurants, and renovations. We specialize in custom and repeat design projects. Changing market conditions and increased opportunities have afforded Robert G. Snyder Contractors, Inc. the opportunity to diversify into other areas of the commercial real estate market. Under the direction of Rob Snyder, we've put our experience, knowledge and expertise to work to provide the Triangle Area with more than low bid contracting. We offer turn-key construction products with complete design/build services at highly competitive rates. Since 1987, we have also constructed many "for lease" office and flex buildings for a variety of owners.
Snyder Contractors, Inc. has adopted a pro-active approach to recruiting a staff who bring to our clients the benefit of widely diversified backgrounds, talents, experience, and capabilities.
Born in Hartford, CT, "Rob" holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Vermont. Rob brings to our team strong, effective leadership and management skills, and over 25 years of hands on experience in the various facets of the construction industry. After moving to Raleigh in 1984 and managing a local construction and development company, Rob utilized his experience as Owner of a residential construction concern in Connecticut, and Developer of beachfront condominiums in the Caribbean to found Robert G. Snyder Contractors, Inc.
