Dr. Renée J. Blumstein is the Founder and President of Informed Decision Services, Inc. (IDS). A graduate of Columbia University's Ph.D. program in Educational and Psychological Measurement, Evaluation and Statistics, Dr. Blumstein’s professional accomplishments have been recognized in Who's Who in the World. For six yearswhile in graduate school Dr. Blumstein worked full-time in the Office of Institutional Research at the City College of New York (CCNY).
