Over the 2003 selling season I began using the virtual tour service offered by RealView.ca. Currently I am using virtual tours on all listings which I am responsible for. The challenges of competing with other agents for listing and the importance of attracting buyers who use internet services are both addressed with the service RealView provides. The calls I receive on my listings as a result of RealView has increased dramatically. Also, sales have been achieved as a direct result of this service.

There are a number of companies providing similar service, but I use RealView exclusively simply because the buyers are aware of their service. The program RealView.ca provides with regards to service, signage, and advertising, makes them, in my opinion, the clear leader in Real Estate Virtual Tour service. I would recommend RealView to anyone. The fact that they are focused on working with licence Real Estate Agents keeps them in touch with our needs. It works for me!

listings with tours, rather than not, they were bang-on!! There is no question in my mind that that is the case.
