Professional Notaries of California, Inc. was incorporated on April 21, 2004 (Professionals Day 2004) and held its first meeting of the Directors in San Diego, California on April 26, 2004 and elected J. Alan Schumann, Ph.D. as Operations Officer.
Over the last three decades Alan has been influential throughout California from serving his hometown as the youngest appointed public official in California to the organization of "Save Our Students". His vitae includes teaching college students business principals to successfully representing a healthcare organization before the Joint Commission as their Director of Operations.
Now it is our turn to use his abilities to change the Notary Profession back to the level of respect that has been forgotten by companies that contract with Notaries and pay them pennies for their internationally recognized service provided to the People of the State of California, United States and other countries.
