About us
PROGARD Securitas is the largest private security services company in Serbia. We employ approximately 2150 security officers, serving more than 150 Clients in Belgrade and Serbia. Since 1992 we protect owner assets and company employees in a wide range of industries and settings from corporate headquarters to manufacturing plants, banks, office buildings, hotels and hospitals. We secure our Clients, but we also protect their Clients, vendors, visitors and everyone else who uses their facilities. It’s a large responsibility.
We have made serious commitment to providing exceptional service and exceeding Client expectations, by employing only the best people. We keep this commitment through a time-tested comprehensive selection process, and by providing higher wages and better benefits in order to attract and retain high quality employees. But, beyond that, we recognize that a highly motivated workforce has a superior work ethic and delivers the highest standard of customer service.
To us, security is a serious business. With so much responsibility, and with so many things that can go wrong, we cannot afford to put just anyone in our uniform. We must employ only the best.
