Prime Training was formed in 2001 and our first (and still current) clients were the successful Essex Ford Group who were among founder members of the newly formed Retail Automotive Alliance.
We have researched and produced and delivered a wide range of training, across all departments. The material was developed with input from not only senior managers and directors, but also constructive comments and suggestions from front-line staff.
This relationship has provided other benefits, such as enhancing cross-departmental understanding and co-operation as well as continuity and stability within the group Customer Handling Standards training programme.
