Description
We were established in 1992 by the amalgamation of two long standing legal firms serving Mid and Upper Nithsdale. In the summer of 2000, we opened our new Dumfries office. The partners of the firm are David Pollock and Kenneth McLean, both graduates of Edinburgh University who have lived and worked in Mid and Upper Nithsdale for more than 25 years, ably supported by eight experienced staff.
While we regularly transact business in all parts of Scotland. Our main focus lies in the county town of Dumfries northwards through the Cairn and Nith Valleys to the Ayrshire Border three miles north of Kirkconnel.
Our office policy is to be, whenever possible accessable to our clients. While appointments are generally necessary, they are not always essential. We undertake to return telephone calls at the first possible opportunity.
