Parker Majestic was purchased by Penn United Technology of Saxonburg, Pa. in June of 2001. Parker Majestic was moved to Butler, Pa. in that same month. This move has enabled Parker Majestic to introduce a new line of CNC surface and ID/OD grinders. This move has also enabled Parker Majestic to be very price competitive in the marketplace.
