- Leslie has more than 25 years of experience in the construction industry. He began his construction career as a teen, employed by a cousin who taught him residential construction “from the ground up” in Corvallis, Oregon. After service in the U.S. Navy, Leslie returned to Oregon, where he continued with residential and commercial construction. He managed the Facilities Department for Lattice Semiconductor Corp. a multinational high tech manufacturing company headquartered near Portland for eight years. During this time, he supported expansion of the company with construction projects for three buildings in California, two in Oregon, and one in Shanghai, China.
