About OCUA
The Ottawa-Carleton Ultimate Association is a registered non-profit corporation dedicated to promoting ultimate (and disc sports in general) in the Ottawa-Carleton region. Currently comprised of more than 5000 members, we run leagues and tournaments year round, and our summer league is the largest ultimate league in the world, with 338 teams in 2005. We also own and operate the world's first and only multi-field sports facility designed specifically for ultimate, the result of a three quarters of a million dollar project which was funded entirely by our membership without government assistance. Run primarily by volunteers, OCUA is on the cutting edge of one of the fastest growing sports in the world, and we are dedicated to spreading the word about this phenomenal game.
