The Cuyahoga County Board of Health will be administering H1N1 vaccines for the North Royalton students on January 13th and 14th within our six school buildings. The vaccine is NOT mandatory and will be provided free of charge. Students will be bringing home further information concerning the vaccination clinic on Friday, December 18, 2009. Additional information including the consent form and questionnaire will be sent home with your child on January 4, 2010.
