The 14th European Conference on Networks and Optical Communications (NOC) and the 4th Conference on Optical Cabling and Infrastructure (OC&I) were held at Valladolid (Spain), from 10 to 12 June 2009. A downloadable new version of the proceedings is now available, as well as the slides of a number of presentations (only for NOC/OC&I attendees).
