Richard I. Geisenfeld - Broker of Record is the founder of Capital Commercial Partners. His family's involvement in real estate development dates back to the early 1970's. He has been involved in the real estate investment industry since 1990. Richard currently owns, develops, and manages retail & net leased properties by and through various entities across the U.S. Prior to the formation of Geisenfeld Investment Property Group, he was a Senior Investment Associate with a national firm, the #1 Ohio agent, and in the Top 20 investment specialists in the Midwest. Capital Commercial Partners recent closed transactions are in excess of $1 billion dollars with asset types including retail, industrial, office and more than 6000 apartment units.
Elliot Schneier is a partner of Capital Commercial Partners. Before joining the firm, Elliot's involvement in real estate included; production, sales, land acquisition, and equity brokerage. Since joining Elliot has been involved in the facilitation of nearly $200 million in commercial real estate. He currently specializes in single and multi-tenant retail but has experience in many other asset types. This year Elliot is also involved in placing $20 million of seed capital to various developers and capital groups. Elliot graduated from Florida State University.
