Company History
The Network Club (TNC) opened in Horley, Surrey, close to Gatwick Airport, in the summer of 1997. TNC provided internet access and an advanced computer games network to the local community. A range of children's computer activities developed which included the running of a Saturday morning "Children's Computer Corner" for children as young as three, to the link up with the BBC's Sub Zero Television Show when TNC members took part in a live online Children's TV Quiz. The business continued to grow from strength to strength.
Through time TNC became a centre of excellence as more and more customers turned to TNC for other services such as Software Training, IT Support and Website Design. TNC also became involved in the local business community to identify IT needs. Computer systems were built and installed and company staff were trained with software skills to use the new equipment. For many of these companies web sites were designed and managed. As a result of these new business activities, the company changed its name to TNC Training & Consultancy.
As TNC Training & Consultancy developed, the company restructured, withdrew its public internet access facility and focused on the following areas of expertise:
