MSCJ Independent Audit Service was established in 2003 as an independent accounting firm specialising in the provision of audit services to Self Managed Superannuation Funds (SMSF). The firm has been founded on Integrity, Objectivity and Independence . It embraces and maintains the professional standards and quality control expected as a member of CPA Australia.
The firm was established to enable Accountants, Financial Planners and SMSF Administrators who produce financial statements for SMSF's to obtain an audit opinion that is free from any perceived or actual bias, undue influence or pressure. This guarantees compliance with Professional Statement F1 – ‘Professional Independence' within the Code of Professional Conduct.
Our firm continues to specialise in the audit of Superannuation Funds (SMSF and small APRA funds). It has also evolved to provide a range of other audit services including: internal and external audits, operational audits, project evaluations and forensic accounting. Our Auditing and Assurance Services involves the undertaking of statutory auditing services, compliance reviews for due diligence, internal audit services and special investigation.
