I have been a student of The Feldenkrais Method® for over ten years. During my four years of practitioner training, I had the privilege of studying worldwide, with some of the method’s top trainers. I am inspired on a daily basis by The Feldenkrais Method’s elegant synthesis of such diverse disciplines such as physics, engineering, judo, learning theory, Eastern traditions, biology, developmental theory and psychology.
