This data is provided for the amateur/seasoned forecaster. To use this data successfully you must pay attention to the wave fields and their directions not just to the wave heights on the graph. So if you have 2 wave fields going towards your break at 2.0' @ 8 seconds and 1.3' @ 10 seconds and you have 1 wave field headed away from your break at 3.6' @ 12 seconds that means that you will not be getting the 2.
