The organization takes pride in its = ability to understand from a unique perspective the interest of parties in conflict. We can provide a Mediator who has direct prior experience representing the interest of both the employer and employees. This experience was acquired as an executive in Human Resources with a major Toronto company and as a Union leader of a major Public Sector union.
